SARAH TAY: Perth, Australia Part 1

I've decided to do a blog, one of my temporal moments again since I've been reading a few interesting ones. So I thought to be fair, I should contribute. Hope it'll last a little long :)

Last year(2013) in July, my mum and I went over to Perth to surprised my sister cus she was homesick!

Glenn missed the trip due to the school so he requested to go visit during the november Holiday,

Since I was free, I joined in! :D

Siblings Time! We had so much fun! But I guessed it's gonna the first and last of #onlysiblingstrip since our parents can't have us all gone at the same time. It was supposedly to be a month long trip but was shortened to 2 weeks for some reason.

DAY 1

My sis fetched us from the airport by her car.

Honestly, having a car there is ESSENTIAL

we literally had to step into the car right out of the door if we want to go anywhere at anytime!

Sweet sister got us breakfast, Always making sure our tummies are filled! :*

We reached Perth about 9am in the morning.
My sister reckoned the 1st day we reached is going to be the only day we'll be up early. #truestory!

So she brought us to the various factories at Swan Valley!

1st stop: Chocolate Factory.

Free Tasting, I Love White Chocolate!

2nd Stop: Cape Lavender that sells a wide variety or coffee and a mixture of other stuffs.

3rd Stop: Morish Nuts that sells macadamias and nougats.

Anything with Macadamia is just yummy! Bought a pack with Wasabi..

Bought some nougats to try.

4th Stop: Honey Factory.

Tried their Superb Ginger Honey Ice Cream.

Love the Rose Honey.

5th Stop: Coffee Factory.

Beauty of Nature.

We had Lunch at Duckstein.

BEST Pig Trotter!

Next Stop was Animal Farm.

Then we had San Churros for Dessert at Fremantle. Fell in love at First Bite! *Yums!*

Best combination of a hot and cold dessert.
Scoop of Ice Cold Vanilla IceCream in Hot Dark Chocolate Drink!

*All names in the blog are not accurate cus i cant rmb the exact name, haha

We headed to Swanborne Beach, their so-called "Naked Beach"
but sadly didn't find anyone naked. Haha..

BEST FRIES would be Jetster.

Fremantle Market
The famous attraction in Perth.
Opens only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Famous Ramen.

Tell them you'll get the Standing table behind the shop,
they'll make your ramen instantly else the queuing time is at least an hr!

YUMMY Cheesy Ham and Mushroom Crepe!

I Love Potato Related Food! Korean Sausage with Spiral Potato Crisp!

The only Item I bought during the Trip! AUD $30, a Rip-off :( But I Love it!!

Didn't buy anything else when we shop cause Sg has it all and they marked up the price.

AUD25 for a Plain Tank top, No way!

anything concerns money always makes things more exciting.
Didnt win anything though.

DAY 2

My sister bought us to the Best Fish and Chips by the Bay!

Glenn suggested we try the fish n chips at the next shop.
Surprisingly it tasted better :)

Little Creatures. A nice Drinking place that checks your ID. Only Above 18.

Railway + Pedestrian crossing, cool. .

My sist is so Cute!
Ask her to get me a photo with the tree, she took this. *Spot me* hahaha

Went to my sis's friend house, a nice friend that help guided her over to Aust!

So funny! my sis was so proud to intro us 'WEIS', this Sugarless Ice cream made of Real Fruits.

I tasted that it was actually quite very Sweet so i checked the content and found Sugar! She was so disappointed and she never requested to eat again. haha..
A very nice ice cream though!

McDonalds for Supper, How can we not do a Drive-thru!

Day 3

Started the day with Desserts, haha.. cus the Dim Sum shop across only opens at 5pm. Yes, 5pm.

Every Single Day we slept at 3am and left the house at 3pm or earlier.

We are just not morning people and who says Australia has nothing in the night.

All-Day DimSum for Lunch at Yummy House.
My sis says the Dim Sums are nice but I defer.

Beautiful Sky!

It was actually my sis's exam period when we went over,
so Glenn n I decided to hit the Videos Store to rent some DVDs while she study.
Love the Wide Varieties of English shows!

Mac for Supper again! haha..never resist a drive-thru!

Day 4

Glenn and I took a bus to Garden City, a shopping mall,

to meet my sis right after her first exam.

The night before I was playing with Glenn,
when he accidentally scratch me which explains the small cut on my face ;(

Baileys Truffle filled Chocolate.
I prefer Liquid-filled chocolates though.

Look at the amount of chips, they gave so generously!
We got so sick after the trip cus everywhere we ordered, they gave it like its free!
